At Serica Paris, we are committed to customer satisfaction while maintaining strict quality and hygiene standards.

This Return & Refund Policy applies to all purchases made through our website and should be read in conjunction with our Terms of Service.


2. Return Window

You may request a return within 14 calendar days from the date your order is marked as delivered by the carrier.

Requests submitted after 14 days will not be accepted, except where mandatory consumer protection laws require otherwise.


3. Eligibility Requirements

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused
  • The item must be unwashed
  • The item must be undamaged
  • The item must be returned in its original packaging
  • All tags (if applicable) must be intact

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these criteria.


4. Hygiene & Quality Standards

Due to hygiene considerations:

  • Pillowcases and sleep masks must not show signs of use
  • Items showing stains, odors, washing, wear, or cosmetic damage will not be accepted

This policy protects all customers and ensures product integrity.


5. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Used or washed items
  • Items not in original packaging
  • Items returned after 14 days
  • Items marked as final sale (if applicable)


6. Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.

We recommend using a tracked shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost return shipments.


7. Return Authorization Process

To initiate a return, you must contact us at:

Include:

  • Your order number
  • Reason for return
  • Photos if applicable

We will provide return instructions. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.


8. Inspection & Refund Process

Once the returned item is received and inspected:

  • If approved → refund will be issued to the original payment method
  • If rejected → item may be returned to you at your expense

Refunds are processed within a reasonable time but may take additional time depending on your bank or payment provider.


9. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide photos of the issue

We will evaluate and offer an appropriate solution, which may include replacement or refund.


10. Lost or Stolen Packages

If tracking confirms delivery, we are not responsible for stolen packages.

You agree to first contact the carrier to initiate an investigation.


11. Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback without first contacting customer support may be considered a breach of our Terms of Service.


12. Mandatory Consumer Rights

Nothing in this Policy limits rights granted under applicable consumer protection laws, including:

  • Quebec Consumer Protection Act
  • EU Consumer Protection Regulations
  • U.S. state consumer protection laws
