1. Overview

This Shipping Policy forms part of our Terms of Service and applies to all purchases made through our website.

By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to the terms below.

2. Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Processing time refers to order verification, quality control, packaging, and preparation for shipment.

Processing times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

We reserve the right to extend processing times during peak periods, promotional events, supply chain interruptions, or force majeure events.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time is typically 5–12 business days after dispatch.

⚠ Important:

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Actual delivery time may vary depending on:

  • Destination country or region
  • Carrier operations
  • Customs processing
  • Weather conditions
  • Public holidays
  • Global logistics disruptions
  • Security inspections
  • Incorrect address provided by customer

By placing an order, you agree that shipping timelines are non-binding estimates.

4. Free Shipping

We may offer free shipping promotions at our discretion.

Free shipping does not imply expedited service and does not constitute a guaranteed delivery timeframe.

5. International Shipping

We ship internationally.

All orders are fulfilled through our global logistics network.

Delivery may require customs clearance in certain countries.

Delays caused by customs authorities are beyond our control and do not constitute grounds for refund due to delay.

6. Duties and Taxes

Where applicable, duties and import charges may be prepaid by Serica Paris.

In rare cases where additional customs charges are imposed unexpectedly:

  • The customer must contact us prior to payment.
  • Unauthorized payment of customs fees without prior approval may not be reimbursed.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

7. Address Accuracy

Customers are solely responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information.

If a package is returned due to:

  • Incorrect address
  • Incomplete address
  • Failure to collect
  • Refusal of delivery

The customer may be responsible for re-shipping costs.

We are not liable for losses resulting from incorrect shipping details provided by the customer.

8. Risk of Loss; Delivery Confirmation

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon confirmed delivery by the carrier.

If tracking indicates “Delivered,” we consider the order fulfilled.

Claims for non-receipt must first be filed with the carrier.

We may assist at our discretion but are not obligated to replace or refund confirmed deliveries.

9. Lost Packages

If a package is lost in transit (no delivery confirmation), we will investigate with the carrier.

Resolution options may include:

  • Replacement shipment
  • Store credit
  • Refund

The method of resolution is at our discretion.

10. Delays

We are not liable for delays caused by:

  • Carrier issues
  • Customs inspections
  • Weather
  • Government restrictions
  • Global supply chain disruptions
  • Force majeure events

Shipping delays do not entitle the customer to cancel or demand compensation solely due to late arrival.

11. Refused or Abandoned Shipments

If a shipment is refused or abandoned:

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable
  • Additional return shipping or customs charges may be deducted from any refund

12. Incorrect or Damaged Deliveries

Customers must report damaged or incorrect items within 48 hours of delivery, including photographic evidence.

Failure to report within 48 hours may result in denial of claim.

13. Limitation of Shipping Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

Serica Paris shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from shipping delays.

Our maximum liability relating to shipping shall not exceed the amount paid for the product(s) in question.
